Ingredients

- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ounces peanut butter syrup
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 6 to 8 ounces milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Optional: Chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- Make the Peanut Butter Syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together water and sugar until dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and let bubble gently for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool completely.
- Prepare the Iced Latte: Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in peanut butter syrup and top with espresso. Stir gently and add milk, mixing well.
