A cozy and indulgent drink combining peanut butter and espresso, perfect for warm summer mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces peanut butter syrup
  • 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
  • 6 to 8 ounces milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup, whipped cream, cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Make the Peanut Butter Syrup: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together water and sugar until dissolved. Stir in peanut butter and let bubble gently for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Iced Latte: Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in peanut butter syrup and top with espresso. Stir gently and add milk, mixing well.
  3. Serve and Enjoy: Grab a straw and enjoy your Peanut Butter Iced Latte.
