Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups cold water
  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1.5 to 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 23 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup (optional)
  • Splash of coconut water (optional)
  • Lime zest or a squeeze of lime (optional)
  • Frozen pineapple chunks (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Non-alcoholic rum extract (1 teaspoon optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure liquids into a pitcher: Combine cold water and coconut cream in a pitcher and stir until mixed.
  2. Add pineapple juice: Pour in 1.5 to 2 cups of pineapple juice and stir gently. Taste and add sugar if necessary.
  3. Pour into the Ninja Slushi bowl: Transfer the mixture into your Ninja Slushi bowl.
  4. Select the right program: Close the machine and choose the slush setting.
  5. Let the machine run: Allow it to run until the mixture is smooth and icy, about 30 minutes.
