- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, full-fat
- 2–3 Tbsp. honey, sugar, or sweetener of your choice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Add raspberries, milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener, salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
- Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and collect the smooth mixture.
- Freeze the mixture in a CREAMi™ Pint for 24 hours.
- Assemble in Ninja Creami™ and select the frozen yogurt program.
- Enjoy your raspberry sherbet and add desired garnishes.
