Description

A delightful and refreshing raspberry sherbet made with fresh raspberries and creamy ingredients, perfect for cooling down on warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, full-fat
  • 23 Tbsp. honey, sugar, or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add raspberries, milk, Greek yogurt, sweetener, salt, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds.
  4. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and collect the smooth mixture.
  5. Freeze the mixture in a CREAMi™ Pint for 24 hours.
  6. Assemble in Ninja Creami™ and select the frozen yogurt program.
  7. Enjoy your raspberry sherbet and add desired garnishes.
