A quick and easy recipe for tangy strawberry frozen yogurt made with Greek yogurt, perfect for summer cravings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (or frozen)
- 1/4 cup honey (maple syrup or sugar can be used as substitutes)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Process in the Ninja Creami using the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ function.
- If crumbly, respin until smooth.
- Add any desired mix-ins and process again if desired.
- Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Chill the yogurt mixture before freezing for a smoother texture. Feel free to play with sweetener levels and mix-ins!
