S’mores Freakshakes Milkshake

Description

A fun and easy milkshake that brings the classic flavors of s’mores into a delightful treat for the whole family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 7.75 ounces (5 bars) HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate, divided
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream (plus 1/2 pint for assembly)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 graham cracker, crushed
  • 1.55 ounces (1 bar) HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 large marshmallows
  • Milkshake glasses (tall glasses or mason jars)
  • Large open star piping tip and piping bags
  • Kitchen torch

Instructions

  1. Chop 7.75 ounces of HERSHEY’S Milk Chocolate and melt it in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spread melted chocolate around the inside of each milkshake glass and rim with crushed graham crackers.
  3. In a blender, combine 1 1/2 pints of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup melted chocolate, and 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add extra chocolate pieces to the rim of the glass using the melted chocolate as glue.
  5. Spoon extra vanilla ice cream into the glass, then pour the blended shake mixture over it.
  6. Pipe whipped cream on top, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  7. Toast the marshmallows and place them on top of the whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For best results, toast marshmallows just before serving for warm contrast. You can melt chocolate and whip cream in advance to save time.
