A delightful, creamy dessert capturing the comforting flavors of fall with pumpkin spice, all while being sugar-free.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chai tea, steeped and cold (2 tea bags)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp Simply Delish sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp guar gum
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener sugar substitute
- 1 oz heavy whipping cream (35%)
- Optional: Chopped nuts, dark chocolate shavings, sugar-free caramel sauce
Instructions
- Brew the chai tea and chill.
- Blend the chilled chai tea with all ingredients except the heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture in a Ninja Creami pint for 24 hours.
- Spin the mixture in the Ninja Creami on the “smoothie bowl” or “lite ice” setting.
- Add heavy whipping cream to the center and spin on “mix-in” setting.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, ensure the chai tea is thoroughly brewed and chilled. Avoid overmixing when adding the cream.
