A delightful, creamy dessert capturing the comforting flavors of fall with pumpkin spice, all while being sugar-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chai tea, steeped and cold (2 tea bags)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Simply Delish sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp guar gum
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener sugar substitute
  • 1 oz heavy whipping cream (35%)
  • Optional: Chopped nuts, dark chocolate shavings, sugar-free caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea and chill.
  2. Blend the chilled chai tea with all ingredients except the heavy whipping cream until smooth.
  3. Freeze the mixture in a Ninja Creami pint for 24 hours.
  4. Spin the mixture in the Ninja Creami on the “smoothie bowl” or “lite ice” setting.
  5. Add heavy whipping cream to the center and spin on “mix-in” setting.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, ensure the chai tea is thoroughly brewed and chilled. Avoid overmixing when adding the cream.
