Ingredients

- 1 cup Fairlife milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- Sugar substitute (to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing container, combine the Fairlife milk, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, and banana if using. Blend until smooth.
- Add your preferred sweetener gradually, adjusting to taste.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, use the ‘Ice Cream’ setting on the Ninja Creami to spin the mixture.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a spoonful of milk and respin until creamy.
- Enjoy your protein ice cream by adding mix-ins after the first spin!
Notes
For best texture, freeze your base for at least twenty-four hours. Mix-ins should be added after the initial spin.
