Description
A refreshing glass of Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee that’s simple to make and perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup whole coffee beans
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise (optional)
- Simply Pure Vanilla Creamer
- Milk or Cream (optional)
- Sweeteners (sugar, honey, flavored syrups – optional)
- Ice Cream (optional)
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the coffee beans.
- Add ground coffee to a large pitcher or bowl and pour in 4 cups of filtered water.
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and add it (and any scraped seeds) to the coffee-water mixture.
- Cover the pitcher loosely and place it in the refrigerator to steep for 12 to 15 hours.
- After steeping, strain the coffee using a mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth.
- Rinse the vanilla bean and scrape the seeds back into the coffee, whisk together.
- Serve over ice and enjoy with Simply Pure Vanilla Creamer or your preferred add-ins.
Notes
Make sure to coarsely grind your coffee beans and avoid over-steeping to prevent bitterness.
