Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/3 cup (67 g) granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender or bowl: milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, vanilla paste, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth (30 seconds to 1 minute) or whisk thoroughly if using a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container without exceeding the max fill line.
  4. Freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.
  5. Remove from the freezer, insert into the Ninja Creami, and select the ‘Ice Cream’ function.
  6. Check the texture and ‘Re-spin’ if necessary for smoothness.
  7. Add optional ingredients (chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit purees) and mix using the ‘Mix-In’ function.
  8. Serve immediately for soft-serve or refreeze for a firmer texture.
