A creamy and satisfying vegan protein ice cream made easily with your Ninja Creami, using plant-based ingredients and sweeteners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (oat or almond)
  • 12 scoops vegan protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave/monk fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Mix-ins (e.g., berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter, optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour plant milk into the Creami pint to the fill line.
  2. Add vegan protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well or blend for extra smoothness.
  3. Chill the mixture in the freezer solid overnight.
  4. Next day, twist the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ button.
  5. If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and respin.
  6. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!

Notes

Use creamier plant milks for the best texture and consider adding various mix-ins after the first spin for extra flavor.
