Ingredients

- 2 cups plant-based milk (oat or almond)
- 1–2 scoops vegan protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or agave/monk fruit)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Mix-ins (e.g., berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter, optional)
Instructions
- Pour plant milk into the Creami pint to the fill line.
- Add vegan protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well or blend for extra smoothness.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer solid overnight.
- Next day, twist the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the ‘Ice Cream’ button.
- If crumbly, add a tablespoon of milk and respin.
- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy!
Notes
Use creamier plant milks for the best texture and consider adding various mix-ins after the first spin for extra flavor.
