Description

A refreshing and easy vegan dessert made with frozen bananas and pomegranate juice, perfect for summer cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup plant milk (almond, oat, etc.)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and freeze the bananas overnight or slice and freeze for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, pomegranate juice, and plant milk.
  3. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
  4. Adjust the texture by adding more plant milk if needed, aiming for a scoopable consistency.
  5. If desired, mix in pomegranate seeds.
  6. Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately or freeze for an hour for a firmer texture.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in different fruits or spices. Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
