- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (fresh or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup plant milk (almond, oat, etc.)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and freeze the bananas overnight or slice and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, pomegranate juice, and plant milk.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Adjust the texture by adding more plant milk if needed, aiming for a scoopable consistency.
- If desired, mix in pomegranate seeds.
- Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately or freeze for an hour for a firmer texture.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in different fruits or spices. Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
