A comforting coffee drink combining rich espresso with silky white chocolate, perfect for cozy moments at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/2 cup milk (your choice)
- 2–3 tablespoons homemade white chocolate syrup
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and heavy cream (or milk) in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, letting the syrup cool slightly.
- Brew your espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool.
- In a tall glass, fill with ice cubes, pour in the cooled espresso, and add 2-3 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup.
- Pour in your chosen milk, stirring well to mix.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade White Chocolate Espresso!
