White Chocolate Espresso

Description

A comforting coffee drink combining rich espresso with silky white chocolate, perfect for cozy moments at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup milk (your choice)
  • 23 tablespoons homemade white chocolate syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and heavy cream (or milk) in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, letting the syrup cool slightly.
  3. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool.
  4. In a tall glass, fill with ice cubes, pour in the cooled espresso, and add 2-3 tablespoons of white chocolate syrup.
  5. Pour in your chosen milk, stirring well to mix.
  6. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips.
  7. Serve and enjoy your homemade White Chocolate Espresso!
