- 1/2 cup raspberry purée

- A small pinch of ground ginger or cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the raspberry purée by blending 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries with 1 to 2 tablespoons of water until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Gather your whole milk, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract for easy access.
- In a medium saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until it reaches about 170°F (77°C), stirring slowly.
- Add the white chocolate chips to the warm milk and stir until they are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the raspberry purée and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed.
- Heat the mixture for an additional 1–2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Pour the white hot chocolate into cups, top with whipped cream, garnish with fresh raspberries, and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute lower-fat milk or dairy alternatives if desired, and customize the sweetness and garnishes to your liking.
