  • 35 tablespoons apple syrup
  • 810 ice cubes
  • ⅔ cup oat milk (or whole milk)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the matcha: In a medium bowl, combine matcha powder and hot water. Whisk until dissolved and foamy.
  2. Assemble your latte: Fill a glass two-thirds full with ice cubes, add apple syrup, and pour in oat milk.
  3. Combine and taste: Gently pour whisked matcha on top. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
