- 2 tablespoons hot water (80˚C/176˚F)
- 3 – 5 tablespoons apple syrup
- 8 – 10 ice cubes
- ⅔ cup oat milk (or whole milk)
Instructions
- Prepare the matcha: In a medium bowl, combine matcha powder and hot water. Whisk until dissolved and foamy.
- Assemble your latte: Fill a glass two-thirds full with ice cubes, add apple syrup, and pour in oat milk.
- Combine and taste: Gently pour whisked matcha on top. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve immediately: Enjoy the colorful layers before drinking!
