Description

A refreshing and creamy Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino that’s easy to make at home, perfect for a delightful treat any time of day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 12 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder or collagen
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped coconut cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, add almond milk, matcha powder, protein powder, honey, banana, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with more ice if desired.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, blending again if necessary.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and optionally top with whipped coconut cream.
  5. Garnish with matcha powder or chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

Start with one teaspoon of matcha if you’re new to the flavor to avoid bitterness. Using crushed ice leads to a smoother texture.
