A healthier, high-protein twist on the classic Wendy’s Frosty, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings while supporting your health goals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 125 ml Fairlife 2% milk
  • 125 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 125 ml cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: nut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, half a frozen banana

Instructions

  1. Measure each ingredient accurately.
  2. Combine Fairlife milk, almond milk, cottage cheese, pudding mix, protein powder, and salt in the Ninja Creami container.
  3. Mix thoroughly with a hand frother until smooth.
  4. Cover the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. Run the frozen container under hot water to loosen it.
  6. Place back in Ninja Creami and use the Lite Ice Cream button to spin until creamy.
  7. Adjust with milk if needed for desired consistency.
