Ingredients

- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 3 medium ripe Ataulfo mangoes
- 1 ripe banana
- 1½ tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 – 2½ tablespoons sugar or honey
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and chill the mangoes in the fridge overnight.
- Toss the whole milk, yogurt, mango cubes, banana, rolled oats, and ice cubes into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste test and adjust sweetness with sugar or honey, blend again.
- Pour into your favorite serving glasses and garnish with rolled oats if desired.

Use ripe fruit for sweetness and ensure to chill the mangoes for optimal flavor.
