A refreshing and nutritious drink made with ripe mangoes, bananas, and yogurt, perfect for breakfast or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 3 medium ripe Ataulfo mangoes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1½ tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and chill the mangoes in the fridge overnight.
  2. Toss the whole milk, yogurt, mango cubes, banana, rolled oats, and ice cubes into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste test and adjust sweetness with sugar or honey, blend again.
  5. Pour into your favorite serving glasses and garnish with rolled oats if desired.
