A healthy and delicious matcha ice cream recipe made with protein powder and non-dairy milk, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon Silk vanilla creamer
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the Ninja Creami pint container, filling it to the maximum line.
- Use a hand frother to mix everything well until blended.
- Seal the pint and freeze it for 24 hours until solid.
- Run the pint under warm water for 60 to 90 seconds to loosen it.
- Load it into your Ninja Creami and hit the Lite Ice Cream button.
- If the texture is crumbly, hit the Re-Spin button until creamy.
- Serve as is or add mix-ins for a custom treat.
Notes
Be sure to leave some space when filling the pint for expansion and mix thoroughly for even texture.
