Description

A healthy and delicious matcha ice cream recipe made with protein powder and non-dairy milk, perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon ceremonial-grade matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon Silk vanilla creamer

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the Ninja Creami pint container, filling it to the maximum line.
  2. Use a hand frother to mix everything well until blended.
  3. Seal the pint and freeze it for 24 hours until solid.
  4. Run the pint under warm water for 60 to 90 seconds to loosen it.
  5. Load it into your Ninja Creami and hit the Lite Ice Cream button.
  6. If the texture is crumbly, hit the Re-Spin button until creamy.
  7. Serve as is or add mix-ins for a custom treat.

Notes

Be sure to leave some space when filling the pint for expansion and mix thoroughly for even texture.
