Description

A refreshing Mixed Berry Sorbet made with simple ingredients for a guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
  • Optional: A splash of lemon or lime juice
  • Optional: Fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine the frozen mixed berries, water, and sweetener in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and velvety.
  4. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container and fill it to the maximum fill line.
  5. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  6. Insert the container into the Ninja Creami and lock the lid.
  7. Select the Sorbet setting.
  8. If needed, use the Re-spin button for a smoother texture.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Use fresh berries but freeze them prior to blending for best results.
