Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla Jello pudding mix
- 1 scoop PEScience apple pie protein powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ red apple, diced
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Extra cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)
- Additional diced apples or other fruits (optional)
- A pinch of nutmeg or ginger for added flavor (optional)
- Toppings like chopped nuts or light whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond milk, sugar-free vanilla Jello pudding mix, PEScience apple pie protein powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in your Ninja Creami container.
- Seal the container and freeze it for 24 hours.
- Add the diced apple to a non-stick skillet with a quick spray of cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon, sautéing until tender.
- Mix gluten-free oats with cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener, then spray the air fryer basket and cook at 175°C for about 10 minutes until golden.
- Warm the outside of the frozen container under hot water and process it in the Ninja Creami machine.
- Incorporate the sautéed apples using the Mix-ins function.
- Serve topped with the crispy oat crumble.
Notes
Ensure the mixture is frozen for a full 24 hours for the best texture. Sautéed apples enhance flavor and soften their texture.
