- 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Graham crackers (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients, except for the graham crackers, in a powerful blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container up to the maximum fill line and freeze for 24 hours.
- Run the container under warm water for 60-90 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
- Install the container in your Ninja Creami and select the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting for the first cycle.
- Check the texture; if powdery, return and press ‘Re-Spin’ until creamy.
- Add graham crackers if desired, and process in ‘Mix-In’ mode to combine.

Be patient with freezing; for best results, do not skip the 24-hour freeze time.
