Description

A delicious and nutritious protein-packed dessert that combines blueberry and cheesecake flavors in a creamy frozen treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Graham crackers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except for the graham crackers, in a powerful blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami container up to the maximum fill line and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. Run the container under warm water for 60-90 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
  4. Install the container in your Ninja Creami and select the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting for the first cycle.
  5. Check the texture; if powdery, return and press ‘Re-Spin’ until creamy.
  6. Add graham crackers if desired, and process in ‘Mix-In’ mode to combine.

Notes

Be patient with freezing; for best results, do not skip the 24-hour freeze time.
