A healthy take on classic brownie batter, this protein-packed ice cream is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fairlife chocolate milk
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 chopped brownie protein bar (optional)
  • Chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
  • Nut butter drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the essential ingredients in a blender until well-mixed.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 24 hours.
  3. Remove the container from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds.
  4. Press the Lite Ice Cream button to start the initial blending.
  5. Check the texture and respin if too powdery.
  6. Add chopped brownie bits and mix them in with the Mix-in button.
  7. Serve and enjoy your homemade treat!
