- 1 cup Fairlife chocolate milk
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 chopped brownie protein bar (optional)
- Chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
- Nut butter drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all the essential ingredients in a blender until well-mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 24 hours.
- Remove the container from the freezer and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds.
- Press the Lite Ice Cream button to start the initial blending.
- Check the texture and respin if too powdery.
- Add chopped brownie bits and mix them in with the Mix-in button.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade treat!
