- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons mini peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Combine the Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, monk fruit sweetener, and salt in your Ninja Creami container.
- Mix thoroughly using a hand frother.
- Freeze the container for 24 hours until completely solid.
- Remove the container and run it under warm water for about 60 seconds.
- Install it in your Ninja Creami machine and select the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- Check the texture; if too powdery, press the Respin button as needed.
- Add melted dark chocolate chips and mini peanut butter cups into the ice cream.
- Blend once more using the Mix-in button to combine everything perfectly.
