Description

A delicious and healthy recipe for dairy-free protein vanilla ice cream made using the Ninja Creami.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups of homemade almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla Jell-O pudding mix
  • 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips, crushed cookies, peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Pour all essential ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint container up to the fill line.
  2. Mix everything until well combined using a hand frother.
  3. Cover and freeze for 24 hours until completely solid.
  4. Run the pint under warm water for about 60 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
  5. Insert it into the Ninja Creami and select the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  6. Hit the Respin button if it looks crumbly until you achieve desired creaminess.
  7. Create a deep well in the middle and add mix-ins of your choice before blending them with the Mix-In button.
  8. Enjoy your homemade ice cream immediately!

Notes

Blend thoroughly to avoid lumps and freeze for no longer than 24 hours to maintain optimal texture.
