A delicious and healthy recipe for dairy-free protein vanilla ice cream made using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 cups of homemade almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar-free vanilla Jell-O pudding mix
- 1 scoop of vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: dark chocolate chips, crushed cookies, peanut butter
Instructions
- Pour all essential ingredients into the Ninja Creami pint container up to the fill line.
- Mix everything until well combined using a hand frother.
- Cover and freeze for 24 hours until completely solid.
- Run the pint under warm water for about 60 seconds to loosen the ice cream.
- Insert it into the Ninja Creami and select the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- Hit the Respin button if it looks crumbly until you achieve desired creaminess.
- Create a deep well in the middle and add mix-ins of your choice before blending them with the Mix-In button.
- Enjoy your homemade ice cream immediately!
Notes
Blend thoroughly to avoid lumps and freeze for no longer than 24 hours to maintain optimal texture.
